no formatting at all
about a few weeks ago i lost all formating to my site. I’ve tried other themes and my own styles and none of them work. ocassionaly maybe bits and pieces will work but the text on the site still stays unformated. I’ve even tried reinstalling txp with a fresh db and even the default txp style dosen’t work. If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreaciated. My server runs OS-X 10.4.6 with sql 4.0.26. and php 4.4.1

Hi Sam,
Can you check in admin that the Site URL is just http://ueptype.servehttp.com and not http://ueptype.servehttp.com/textpattern. This is the only thing I can think of that would cause it.

If I apply a stylesheet of my own it works. I’m not sure about this, but could it be because the link rel=“stylesheet” in your head is pointing to www.ueptype.com, and your site is on ueptype.servehttp.com?

hmm i changed it to ueptype.servehttp.com from www.ueptype.com and it worked, which is odd since it’s never had a problem before.
Thank you both for the help, i just wish i would have realized that before i changed the database…. oh well i guess it’ll give me something to do tonight.

It’s possible that you are experiencing this:
http://textpattern.com/faq/158/some-pages-are-suddenly-missing-css-styling-after-the-update
which is a 4.0.3 specific error that can appear in certain circumstances.
