How to control content of a feed?

I’d like to be able to control the output of my feed. Let me explain.

When the feed is fetched by a feed reader its title is a permalink to the article. I’d like this title to be a link outside my website.

Is there a way to control this with native Textpattern tags or is plugin needed?

EDIT: I realised that not all feed readers automatically fetch title of the article as a link to the article. For example Bloglines does.
