I'm trying to figure out the best way to implement a comic section...

If you go to my website, you’ll notice that I have a comic section, but it is not implemented into textpattern, like the articles. I am trying to figure out how to do this. If you go to the comic page , I would like to lay the page out similar to that, but is there a way to automatically update that page if an image or file is uploaded on the admin panel?

I have been playing with textpattern for a few days now and I am still finding it a little fishy, I guess since it was primarily built to be a blog tool, which I would like to have as an aspect, but I have a couple friends who are film students, so I would like to eventually have a video page to put up videos we make as well. Could this be done similarly to a comic section?

Thanks for any replies.

I’m not aware that automatic updating is possible but uploading the image and inserting it into an article is a piece a cake.

Textpattern may be primarily used by bloggers but it certainly is more than a blog tool and perfect for the site you describe.
