Character or word limit within an article
I would like to limit the amount of characters in an excerpt or an article. Is this possible?
At the moment I count the words/lines manually as I copy them into my excerpt, but this is tedious. Is there an easier way to set the character or word limit?
Also, if there is a way of doing this, can it be added to the following?
txp:article_custom section=“name” limit=“1”
Thank you if anyone can help. I have searched through the forum and TextBook but not found an answer as yet.

There is nothing built into TXP to do this; it would need to be a plugin.
There is also zem_article_info.
