I would suggest that you will get more of a response if you post in the correct section of the forum; please see the FAQ entry titled How should I ask for help on the forum?.
As to creating new ‘pages’, I assume you’re using that term in the sense it’s used by WordPress. Textpattern doesn’t have ‘pages’ in that sense; you may want to look at the Textpattern Semantic Model for more on how TXP is organized.
As to plugins, with the exception of admin-side plugins, plugins do not directly generate pages; they provide tags which can be inserted into existing pages and forms to provide new functionality. You may want to post in the Plugins section of the forum if you’re having a specific issue. Also, most TXP plugins have help text which can be viewed from the ‘plugins’ tab in the TXP admin interface.
