Resize the backend textarea from the database
The resizing of text area elements and the text within the elements in the admin backend to be database driven, set from somewhere within the admin area. The existing plug in sets far too many cookies, remember some browsers have limitations on the amount of cookies to be set from a website. Plus this is just neater.
