Include the content of a 'File' to be displayed in <code />

G’day folks

I run a scripting orientated site.

I often want to display, or include parts of a text file (from the file area?) in my articles

Can anyone think of a way I might be able to do this?

It’s probably a feature I could hack in myself, but I’ve only been using TXP for 3 days – don’t want to break it just yet (c:

It’s sort of like…

Here is an example of what I’m trying to do

My old engine which I didn’t have the time to finish was fairly capable of this…

I’ve already grabbed it, and modified it to make use of the internal file upload system – just so I don’t have to manage files manually

Re: Include the content of a 'File' to be displayed in <code />

Well, I wanted to make use of the existing file managemt facilities the code plugin worked well but I didn’t want to have to manage two sets of files.

A few lines of patching and the script makes full use of the internal file manament.
