using txp for a contact form

hi,

I want to create a contact from. This would not be attached to an article in any way. It would be in a section of its own so users can independently make contact. I would like any messages sent to an email address. Ive been working on making one with php and my sql and although im on my way to getting it working im wondering of txp can do this.

Can it? And if it can how do i go about doing it?

Save yourself a huge amount of work and go to this thread for a great plugin that will do everything you want and more.
