Use thumbnails for txp:article_image
I would like to be able to use the thumbnail of the article images in some cases. For example, on an article listing page list the article image thumbnail with the excerpt then when you go to the individual article it has the whole image with the body.
How about <txp:article_image thumb="1" />?

Maybe it’s not what you may want, but using Lightbox may be the ticket?

Yes I saw that and I might use it in the future put in this case I would like a simple plugin free way. I am going to be using it for a portfolio page and I have an article that need to go with it also.

There are 3 plugins that will do this already. Not sure why the resistance to using a plugin.

There are intrinseque cons to plugins. But for the time being, and for that specific need, a plugin do the job quite alright.

I am not opposed to plugins but I think that something as simple as being able to use the article image or its thumbnail shouldn’t require a plugin.

Forgot about wet_article_thumb I only remembered wet_thumbfilter which is totally rockin’.
