Edit what appears when previewing a comment

I was wondering if it was at all possible to edit what is displayed when previewing a comment. Specifically I would like to turn off an articles previous comments.

Current:
Comment Preview
Comment Form
Article
Comments on Article

Desired:
Comment Preview
Comment Form
Article

What about < txp:if_commentpreview >?
