How do I get sgb_url_handler to display subcategories

I’m using sgb_url_handler along with Textpattern.

I want the url to show:
http://www.domain.com/section/category1/category2/article.html

I cannot find how to get the “category2” part of the URL to get in there.

Of course, if there is no specified “category2”, it would not be entered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
