Plugin errors after fresh install

I made a fresh install of 4.0.3 and everything seems to work fine, except for plugins not working. I get following errors:

tag_error <txp:chh_article_custom form=“titleonly” /> -> Textpattern Error: Unable to include required plugin “chh_article_lib” on line 392

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: chh_sql_category() in /textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php(459) : eval()’d code on line 211

I deleted the database and reinstalled everything with the same problem. mdb_sectionmenu gave me the same problems. Everything seems to work fine otherwise if I remove the plugins. What gives, any ideas?

Please, anybody! I can’t figure this out. I’ve installed textpattern many times without problems and I can’t figure this out. I just tried installing 4.0.3 in a new clean database with same results. Can’t use plugins…

Read the installation-instructions of the plugins you are using.

The error message says:

Unable to include required plugin “chh_article_lib” on line 392

This means: One of your (other) plugins tries to include “chh_article_lib”, but can’t find the plugin (likely because you didn’t install it properly).

I’ve installed the plugin many times before without problems, so that can’t be the reason. I’ve even reinstalled it many times with no change. ??? I can’t figure this out.
