VBulletin
I know you cannot integrate vbulletin with txp. But what I’m wondering is can I set up vbulletin on my server with txp just as a separate page or subdomain? Like have http://forums.sitename.com? Or is the actual definition of what I’m asking “integrating” with txp?
I’m not worried about keeping the template the same as my site or anything like that. All I’m looking to do is have a link on my site that says “forum” and when clicked it takes you to a forum powered by VBulletin. I’m no programmer or even super experienced yet with txp, but it seems this has to be possible some way?

Re: VBulletin
If you install VB in a subdomain http://forums.sitename.com
(in another directory) You’re sure never to have any problem.
In another hand, I use PunBB in a sub-directory of my textpattern site and a http://www.sitename.com/forum
adress with no problem. But VB is quite a more complicated script…
In both cases, you only have to ad a link to http://forums.sitename.com
or /forum
in your Txp template to link to it.

Cool, thanks! I’ll probably just install it to the subdirectory.
