Category don't work

When i select a category Textpattern show me the root of the blog, in the URL i see this “http://localhost/blog/?c=elnchi”

If i change the url with this “http://localhost/blog/index.php?c=elnchi” the program work….

which is the problem ?

I have already uncommented that line but it’s the same, i use PHP in local with apache under windows 2000…do you help me ?

I add “index.php” in the httpd.conf of apache server and it’s works, but i think isn’t correct…

I have resolved, i change the values of AllowOverride from None to All in the httpd.conf and now work!!
