Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor

When I recently upgraded a client to 4.5.5, the client is not able to use the image slector anymore. They get a spinning wheel and the following:

{#txpimage_dlg.general}
{#txpimage_dlg.src}
{#txpimage_dlg.image_list}
{#txpimage_dlg.alt}
{#txpimage_dlg.title}

I would greatly appreciate anyones asistance on how I can overcome this —-

Thank you.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor

@wavesource:
I am not experiencing this problem. I have a site with hak_tinymce-1.0.2.3 running on Textpattern version: 4.5.4 (r4919). My host just upgraded me from PHP version 5.2 to PHP version: 5.4.24 and hak_tinymce continues to work properly.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor

I just realized I am no longer getting emails when new posts show up on this thread. I don’t know if it is the forum or my account is swallowing them up somehow.

However as everyone can see I’m not around much anymore. I’m not really doing much PHP these days, and I’ve only been superficially keeping up with TXP.

This plugin could really benefit from a new maintainer who has more time for it. I would love to help transition someone over if anyone is interested.

As much as I love keeping this under my wing because it keeps me attached to this community that I really enjoy at this point I’m doing the community a disservice by not having someone else take it on.

I have reported this issue in this topic several times.

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor

Hak — thanks for the great plug in and good luck —

As a parting question — any idea (suggested fix) on why in php5 (updated version) you would only get spinning wheel and this:

{#txpimage_dlg.general}
{#txpimage_dlg.src}
{#txpimage_dlg.image_list}
{#txpimage_dlg.alt}
{#txpimage_dlg.title}

I figure I had to ask :)

Re: hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor

Hope somebody can maintain this plugin, I think it is essential when developing sites for clients to have a WYSIWYG article editor, and this plugin has worked for me through the years, thanks Hak!
