Trouble with nav alignment

If you view the site here: http://sekhu.net/txpattern/ you will see that the nav is below the header image and just above the first container. If you view the backpage of any article the navigation is on top of the content http://sekhu.net/txpattern/article/retrospective-delphine-sofware

I need help with aligning the navigation correctly, and to perhaps space the it better so that there is more space above and below the nav so as not to overlap the text.

Would be grateful for any advice on this.

Thanks in advance

Re: Trouble with nav alignment

Sekhu,
we need more info.
How do you prefer the navigation?
What would you like it to look like?
Make a mock up in Photoshop, or give us a better description.

The navigation seems fine on both pages, but the content is what needs to be placed better?
I would give the navigation a greater margin.

Do you have the whole thing wrapped in a div?
Sometimes that helps to give your navigation div, or content div better positioning.
