Install failed. Getting weird fatal error!
Okay, this is the second time I’ve installed, and no luck. I screwed my first install up, so I deleted my database, and my install (all files) of TXP on my server. Now I’m getting this once I create my config.php file and click the “I did it” button.
<code>Fatal error: Call to undefined function: parse() in /home/virtual/site275/fst/var/www/html/fringeimage.com/txp/admin/lib/txplib_misc.php on line 1295</code>

Anyone know why/how to fix this!?

Thanks for the FAQ. That doesn’t tell me how to fix it though, and this is a brand new install on a brand new database.
If anyone knows of a way to fix this problem or how I can even go about figuring it out, please let me know.Thanks!

Just FYI, I’ve tried downloading a fresh zip file, creating a new database file, and I’m still getting the same error.

Well, not sure what I did, but it looks like it’s fixed. Go figure. I just tried it again and again until it installed. :D

Yes it does: “Make sure you upload all the files in all subdirectories.” Presumably you missed some on the first attempt.

I can’t imagine that happening. I tried this 4 times. I find it hard to believe that in the four times I tried it my FTP program decided to leave files out.
