Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_flvplayer - Streaming Video

I tried using the following code for this

<code><txp:bas_flvplayer id=‘4’ /></code>

and it didn’t work. But then I realized that I couldn’t use a WYSIWYG editor when using that code (right?) so I tried using Textile. Still no go.

here is how the site looks like now. It just shows the code;

thoughts?

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_flvplayer - Streaming Video

dreamer, try:

notextile. <txp:bas_flvplayer id="4" />

The problem is that textile formats your output.

Cheers!

I think to start <txp:bas_flvplayer id="4" /> with “ “ space it’s easier and textile switches off for the line wich started with space.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_flvplayer - Streaming Video

first of all where did you get the plugin? the link in the initial post doesn’t work. also are you sure you’ve installed all thats necessary? you need the plugin code as well as the swf file its usually packaged with.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_flvplayer - Streaming Video

Sorry for taking a while to get back. I was out of town. Well, I got the plugin from the plugin directory. Version 0.2

I’ve installed everything necessary which isn’t much. Just the text file and uploaded the approapriate files that come with it (the flv and swf file) You can see a screenshot of my files here.

I’ve input the appropriate code as this screenshot shows.

I also tried the notextile version in my textile and doesn’t work either

So I don’t know what I’m missing?
