Posting (pending) articles from external form

I was wondering if there’s a way to allow a reader to post an article into TXP from a public form (not from the TXP admin interface), setting article status to pending and allowing later approval from a regular editor.

You can get w.bloggar then use this plugin to make it work with textpattern.
