Languages with missing locales
Looks like there are a few supported languages that don’t have matching locales in txplib_update.php: getlocale() (scroll down, it’s the last function in that file).
Anyone interested in producing a list? Ideally, we need a list of all the variations of ISO and Windows identifier names for that locale, plus the usual ISO character set for that locale (e.g. ISO-8859-1).
The existing ones could do with a review, also. I’m pretty sure ISO-8859-1 is not an appropriate character set for ja_JP.
