Now... i had some spam referrers but this takes the biscuit
I had some bad referrers in my site. Blocking most of them with my htaccess file but last night and today i had repeated hits from <a href=“http://www.iaea.org/”>www.iaea.org/</a> (The international atomic energy agency).
to block or not to block?

Block, of course. Unless you’re expecting they may link to you in the future?
