Add unique ID to Textile's footnotes

Footnotes are using a fnX id; which is fine when only one article is displayed on a webpage, but not when multiples articles are displayed.

I think the simplest way of fixing it would be to add the article’s ID before it, like fnxx-yy where xx is the article’s ID, yy is the footnote’s number.
