Is there a way to make user perms to certain categories?

Is there a way to make user perms to certain categories?

say i login as X user and i can post only in columns category
that way — say i’m making a multiuser site news, people won’t accidentally post to the wrong part of the site?

No. Though you could probably write a plugin to do it.
