question: integrate images and script files in plugins

Hello plugin developers!

I have to integrate some images an javascript files in a plugin. Because I’d like to avoid that the users have to download the plugin and the images etc. I’m looking for a way to integrate images an javascript files in the plugin source code itself.
Does anybody know if that’s possible?!
