Problems installing plugin
Hello everybody!
Last night I’ve been working on a new plugin, that generates the well-known Hicks comment live preview and is able to skip the standard comment preview.
It all worked well, on localhost, on a server at my university, but I can’t get it installed on the webspace of my regular host.
I pasted the code, click upload/install and nothing happens. No errors, no warnings, just nothing… And yes: I am able to install other plugins…
Anybody else experiencing such strange behaviour with plugin installations?
Greetings,
Nils

Re: Problems installing plugin
I experience the very same problem as Skubidu. Once i hit “Install” i am redirected to the index file of textpattern directory. The error message is:
You tried to access the address http://textpattern.kbbu.de/textpattern/index.php, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
The both of us host at the german hoster all-incl.com.
Here is the infophp.php
PS
F. e. i can not install the following plugins:
users online by manfre
cbs_category_list

Re: Problems installing plugin
After investigating this a bit, it looks like it is a problem of your hoster/server. There is absolutely no HTTP-Response coming to the request, which suggests that the php-process goes bye-bye, which shouldn’t be possible from within a php-script. Further details in the E-Mail I sent you.
