Prevent label showing if no list

I am seeing lists like “Links” and “Related Articles” which are sometimes empty and I’d like to be able to hide the label in those situations.

Can anyone advise the best way to do this?

Wow, I just asked this same question twice elsewhere in different words. Seems like no one has any advice on this… :(
