TXP 4 + TXP-manji
Hi All,
Hope this is the right place for this, sorry if it ain’t…
I’ve been experimenting with txp and am thinking about moving some sites over from geeklog.
The default install is fine, but I’ve had real problems getting TXP-manji to work.
I notice that TXP-manji was released a few months before the latest TXP 4.0. Does anybody know if the two are still compatible?

It depends on whether the author has updated them since. Stuart?

Re: TXP 4 + TXP-manji
No I haven’t updated. There isn’t anything in TXP 4.0 or 4.0.1 which should break a TXP System install. There are a couple of minor irritations. For example, the removal of the hard-coding that used to be in the comments-side output means that the user will now need to size the textarea box in his/her CSS. If they want the old h3 that used to be at the top of a comment listing they will have to put that back in. They will need to add styling for the new “Thank you” message. The introduction of the <code><txp:if_section ></txp:if_section></code> tag means that some of the Systems might be able to do without a plug-in. That kind of thing. I might add some notes to the installation instructions to explain what might need to be done. I’ll look at making them 4.0.* specific in a month or so. Give people chance to upgrade first.
