Search to search through images and files

Now seearch is going through articles only. It would be nice to be able to search through documents as well.

…or at least a adminside form to search through the 17 pages of uploaded files I have now.. anyone sitting on a plugin for this?

There was a user named “Mary” here once, that we all knew as sort of a legend. Her upm_img_popup plugin used something like this, and I believe she submitted it as a patch for the core. Perhaps it will get implemented at some point. It only seems logical.
