Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

If you are using TXP 4.0.5 $ should not be undefinded. Because it is function of jQuery.

Perhaps an other plugin is using prototype or something else?

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

I just installed the latest version of this plug-in. I am running TXTPTRN 4.0.5. For the most part, it looks like it works as I get the drop down and can see my images. However, at the bottom of the WRITE page I get the following:

Notice: Undefined index: bas_img_sel_start_cat in C:\wamp\www\textpattern\lib\txplib_misc.php(534) : eval()’d code on line 85

Any idea what this is and how to resolve?

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

If you install the prefs that message should go away.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

This stopped working for me on later 4.05 builds. Specifically it fails to display the correct images once a category is selected.

  1. [update] Disabling Hak TinyMCE fixes allows it to work again… any ideas?
  2. [update] Re-enabling TinyMCE and Disabling the enable/disable toggle allows it to work again

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

Probably this is caused by the method of how the plugins insert their markup into the admin screen.

I used ob_buffer(). I’m not sure, that this is state of the art

I will have a look into TinyMCE…

Edit: My English is even sucking in three lines…

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

Unfortunately many admin plugins together can cause this to happen depending on how they hook into the DOM.

I’m surprised these two would conflict though since hak_tinymce does all it’s changes client side which should take into account changes made by the object buffering in bas_img_selector. I would expect hak_tinymce to stop working not the other way around.

Bastian, Let me know if I can help in any way.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] bas_img_selector

Hello all,

Some reason the latest version (0.8) won’t allow me to add multiple images.
When I choose “add” it just replaces the existing image instead of appending another one.

Using bas_img_selector 0.8
and TXP 4.0.5

Was running 0.71 with 4.0.4 before I updated.

Anyone had this happen?
Any ideas on how to fix?

Help would be much appreciated.

)

Tom
