Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
Stacey,
You can arrange the order in the Flickr Organizr.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
Sorry – I forgot to reconfigure the file path after the move to textdrive.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
Hi, all going well with vdh_flickr on one site, but not on a second site, where I use exactly the same setup (the default vdh_flickr forms, css and means of calling the plugin from the page source.)
To explain, I have 2 Flickr accounts. I use the same exact tag to call the images, the only exception is the email address (I don’t use the NSID because I have Flickr page use a name for the URL instead of the NSID). Of course, the email address is correct ;-)
Wondering what might be the problem?!
Edit: The tag is this – <code><txp:vdh_flickr email=“myemail@yahoo.com” set_form=“preview” thumbnails_form=“thumbnails” img_form=“image” /></code>

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
I am pretty sure that you MUST to use the nsid — email alone will not work. Since you have changed your flickr url — the vdh_flickr documentation states that you can retrieve your nsid using a little line of code. Here are the directions from the <a href=“http://www.rvdh.net/vdh_flickr/Documentation”>documentation</a>:
If you have difficulties finding out your nsid, you can use this code to determine it:
<code><txp:vdh_flickr_show_nsid email=“test@test.de” /></code>

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
Hi, yes I had read that part, but the plugin works fine with only the email part as I mentioned above. Specifically it works on one site but not on the other. Thats why I find it a bit odd. I seem to remember that a previous version of vdh_flickr allowed only email but of course I could be mistaken.
I will try the above code and see if it works….thanks!
Edit: I attempted the code below (in the page source, not a form or an article):
<code><txp:vdh_flickr nsid=“24358862@N00” set_form=“preview” thumbnails_form=“thumbnails” img_form=“image” />
<txp:vdh_flickr nsid=“24358862@N00” /></code>
Neither tag worked! A bit strange. It works fine on the other site where I have the same tag…

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
OK I fixed it. The reason nothing was showing was because I had not created a “set” yet. I had 8 photos but no set. Even with the basic tag: txp:vdh_flickr nsid=“24358862@N00” nothing happened until the new set was made.
Is this a bug? Something should show by default no?

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
I know people have been confused by this, so vdh_flickr will output an error in the next version if no sets are defined.

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
Hello. Today I am getting this message, “Failed to connect to flickr.com! “.
I don’t usually get that message. My flickr photos normally show up fine.
Just wondering if anyone else is having issues? I have a yahoo flickr account, and yesterday the images were showing up fine via the flickr txp tag

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] vdh_flickr
No problems for me, but I believe Flickr.com uses many servers and it’s not unusual that some of them are down occasionally
