Ha! TextDrive’ll do that to ya.
You made the correct decision. I’d pay that kind of money just for Jason’s service.

Yep, too bad there is not multiple ftp accounts to delegate subsite to others with privilege security, or I jump onto it.

Sure there is, and via SFTP (and rsync and unison) and even better, we help teams set up Subversion-based workflows for working on sites all together and keep it all versioned.

To everyone here with an expendable $399 I say this.

I hate you.

gonzo: I never have that much “expendable” money, esepcially not since I went to being self-employed full-time. But for what I do the offer is too good to pass up… I’ll just be going on an involuntary diet next month ;)

Plus I’m sure I can find a way to write this off as a business expense…

Re: Txp 1.0 RC3 Available

Kibitzer: I don’t know what it’s like in .au, but up here you can get tax deductions for just about anything. I work out of my apartment so I’m going to claim the “home office” deduction, I drive to and from meetings with clients and can take deductions per mile for that, I can amortize my new laptop over three years and take a deduction for it…

It helps that a good friend of mine from college is a CPA and willing to put up with me when I call her and ask silly questions about my taxes.

My wallet is beginning to feel uncomfortable with the temptation of VC2. Sigh.

Re: Txp 1.0 RC3 Available

Why so nervous? You can SVN new bug fixes and what not. I guess it will be exciting for the community as a whole to have an official 1.0 =)

Yeh, they really did seem to be rather light.

Even so, I’d love to see an official release.
