Apple has announced their Creator Studio bundle to be released on 28 January 2026. The bundle includes the following:
- Final Cut Pro – Mac & iPad
- Logic Pro – Mac & iPad
- Pixelmator Pro – Mac & iPad
- Motion – Mac
- Compressor – Mac
- MainStage – Mac
- premium content for Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and later Freeform
The cost is $12.99 per month or $129 per year. There’s also a one-month free trial and a discounted rate of $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year for college students and educators.
You’ll still be able to purchase the Mac versions of Final Cut Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Logic Pro, Motion, Compressor, and MainStage individually as a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store.

That’s a really a decent deal for all that power. Final Cut and Logic are excellent.
It’s only cos I do my audio work on a PC where my hardware is hooked up that I don’t use Logic. The lack of USB ports and drivers for some of my older studio gear means jumping to the MacBook for audio is expensive to replace the pro soundcard and midi interfaces hooked into my synths and mixing desk.
