My only (atm) core issue were insufficient script privileges for removing import and other deprecated folders/files, redirecting all admin pages to ?event=lang, until I manually deleted them. I think, this part should be wrapped in try ... catch block with some explicit warning, since it requires user action anyway.
But there is also an annoying plugin issue. The upgrade script alters the db, replacing former 0000-00-00 datetime stamps with NULL. This potentially breaks any plugin that uses txp NULLDATETIME constant, making the upgrade plan rather complicated: core first (and then very quickly updated plugins) or inversely?

The htaccess is in the root so, I guess that it is affecting the whole site. I might be wrong though. Tomorrow I’ll be trying a clean install and another update and make sure I take notes!!! Apart from the minor glitch mentioned above there is no other bugs that I can detect.
I do have another question though. Will 4.6 support unlimited custom fields? There was a big discussion about them but I do not see them there.

Ok:) I found something in the languages pane.
I updated the language, en-gb on updating the site. Now I get an install link for a textpack which is older that the one I have.

And another question:)
I just put the site on debug and noticed a few unregistered tag warnings.
- fha_time_diff
- glx_if_frontpage
- rvm_css
- rvm_if_privileged
I know I might have to update ruud’s plugins (they seem to be off line now in his site) but for the ones which are not supported is there a way to register them?
Finally I get
Tag error: <txp:php> -> Notice: Undefined index: submit while parsing form None on page defaultwould this be a problem with a script I added?
