Late to the party, but hey, I’ll stay after everyone leaves and help clean up.
Upgraded one of my sites from 4.4.1 to 4.5.7, all went well, all is well, except:
Some Textpattern files have been modified:
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/css.php,
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/include/import/import_mt.php,
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/lib/taglib.php,
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/lib/txplib_wrapper.php,
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/publish/log.php,
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/publish/search.php,
/home/elmo/txptag.com/textpattern/update/_to_4.0.8.php ?These files are from the 4.5.7 zip file on the main site, haven’t changed a thing.

Bert, try syncing again, these will go away.
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links

I synced one at a time, hit refresh on the Diagnostics tab and saw them go away one by one. This is strange, cause I get the same file names on my local Textpattern 4.5.7 install. I know FTP or in my case SFTP at times doesn’t sync up correctly, but on my local server, it’s Samba handling the file transfer to the local web server.
