Re: base64 encoding of css

Done in r3300. Stylesheets are demangled on upgrade.

If anyone wants to run jmd_img_selector v1.0b2 on the SVN version, alter line 195 of the plugin to read:

safe_insert("txp_css", "name='jmd_img_selector', css='" . doSlash($css) . "'");
