Re: mem_postmaster - Postmaster Revamp
hello
I try to install the plugin, 1.0.10 ver. There are blocking multiple SQL errors, wrong tables, wrong syntax. I have no idea how to install the plugin :(
Any help would be appreciated…
Yours

I have installed this version lately on Textpattern 4.4.1 and I didn’t have such problems. Here’s the tutorial for the old version but it works for this one too.
The problem that I’ve got is that the <txp:bab_pm_unsubscribeLink />
doesn’t show in the email. The plugin also has problems with textile in the html email version. Html tags from the newsletter form work correctly but all textile tags from the article are just left in the unformatted text.
Has anyone any ideas why this happens?

Re: mem_postmaster - Postmaster Revamp
I’m still having all the same problems with it that I was. The solutions offered did not help.

Re: mem_postmaster - Postmaster Revamp
Having some trouble with forms. if I understand it correctly (I’m a little hazy since the last time I futzed with it—on my own site—was a while back) the form used for lists should begin with newsletter-blah-blah-blah, is that correct?
Also, things like <txp:bab_pm_data display="display="subscriberName" />
should be changed to <txp:bab_pm_data display="display="subscriberFirstName" />
is that correct?
Anyway, I have this installed on my mom’s site and I’m just now editing her form, which was just called subscription-email, so I renamed it to newsletter-subscription-email. Then I went to change the form listed for the list, but it wouldn’t update. So I deleted the form from the form line and saved, and it showed up as empty, then went in and added the new form, and saved… and it still showed up as empty. Ack! What can I do? Why isn’t it updating? Any ideas?
I’m using Postmaster 0.4.4 and Postmaster Library 0.2.3 in the Plugins page.

Re: mem_postmaster - Postmaster Revamp
Looks like there’s one display="
too many in each of your tags, three apostrophes are hard to parse, I presume.
In bad weather I never leave home without wet_plugout, smd_where_used and adi_form_links

Re: mem_postmaster - Postmaster Revamp
After uninstalling the plug-in remains in the advanced preferences tab all the bab_pm custom fields. How can I delete this part in the advanced preferences?
Thanks for any idea!

Re: mem_postmaster - Postmaster Revamp
Any idea?
I can’t understand from where come the bab_pm custom fields in the advanced preferences tab. I had previously done the following in this order:
- deactivate the mem_postmaster plugin
- delete the mem_postmaster plugin
- delete the three associated datebases
- Textpattern upgrade from version 4.3 to 4.4.1
Why persistes the bab_pm custom fields in the advanced preferences tab?
