Re: How and where is ruud?

Hi ruud,

good to see you are Ok. Thanks for all your work on txp and I’m sorry you decided to leave the dev team. We all hope that you’ll still visit here as your input in the community has been invaluable since the beginning.

Re: How and where is ruud?

Ruud,

Thanks so much for all your efforts and hard work on TXP and your plugins. You will be missed, but I hope, like others, that you will still spend time on the forums.

Ruud, thank you for everyting, says metoo :)

Ehm, so, this is the funeral, right? Does that make Ruud living dead? Zombie? Ghoul? :D That would be so useful, the everlasting friend that likes you meat very much.

Re: How and where is ruud?

Ruud, another thank you from me and I do hope you stay around if just to ‘solve puzzles’ for fun :-) I regularly re-use past puzzle pieces you’ve concocted in the past and, as Els says, the new parser was “one giant leap…” for txp.

Ruud (The Great),

… So am I :)

Here is my personal message in French (may be you can use a online translator to read it) :

Patrick.

Thanks for all the kind responses :)

Sorry if I ask but do you mean that you will “downgrade” to a patch-submitter status or that you are really leaving txp? Of course I root for the first option.

For now, I think I’ll just hang around here, post in topics that interest me and keep supporting my own plugins.

Els, thanks for the title change.

Don’t thank me, I didn’t do it… Wouldn’t have done it also, where is the end if we start granting this kind of requests? We’d have lots of ‘Member Emeritus’s I guess…
