I would use EE (and might in the future) except it is not free and open. I am not against paying for software but for the customers I have the price makes a real difference.

Perhaps we could donate a fraction of what we get off each clients’ work to the devs. I’m trying to do that every time since a few months. It’s a ridiculous amount, just a few bucks, but better than nothing.

Re: state of crockery

I really really just want a general vague idea of the goals for crockery are. We have subsections. We have better MVC type structure. We have more OO approach, but what is crockery trying to achieve? I want to help with crockery but evrytime I have time I never have idea what to even attempt to tackle so is spend my time thinking about writing a txp xml dictionaries for vim.

This is mostly because i’m already pretty happy with TXP as it is.

Quite — but it might make some appreciate your efforts more.

More fully-commented code would be a great “feature” for Crockery, in my opinion. I sincerely hope that the developers are documenting their changes as they go.

You can get some guidance from this cross-reference at phpxref.com, but it’s still on 4.0.4. Anyone know what’s involved in getting that updated?

Also, I have to agree with everyone who praised the helpful user community here on the forum. This is light years ahead of both WordPress and Drupal.
