Hi Ruud
Have you released v0.4 yet? (If it works on 4.0.6, is it safe to assume it works with the latest svn?)

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Mike, v0.4 is available earlier in this topic. It won’t be officially released till 4.0.6 is released, but it’s based on what’s currently in 4.0.x SVN.

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Thanks Ruud
I apologize for being thickheaded. Turns out I had it installed on one site, but forgot you had posted it, and was using v0.3 on my other sites. Thanks for your patient reminder.
Mike

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Ughh, I had to put the maintenance mode off so I could see which plugin is affecting the clean urls. Before I had to, I could see my site in normal mode while the maintenance mode is on. But afterwards I had to turn it back on, I can no longer see the site in normal mode while it is on. =/ What should I do so I can see my site back again while it is on?

Clear cache and cookies in your browsers, then log in again in TXP, then view your website.

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
I have done the clearing of cache and cookies many times but it still will not let me see the website. However, it currently works in IE. I do not want to use IE but I had to so I can see the website. Before I had to turn off the maintenance mode, I could see the website in FF. Is there something I can do with FF so I can view the site in there? Maybe I do not know how to clear the cache and cookies in FF so tell me?
Edit: I got it working now. I had to close all the tabs then close FF. Open FF again and go to the Admin side and it works. I guess when I close while the tabs are still there and I close then open again, the tabs are restored.

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Plugin version 0.4 released. Fixes problems with clean url test and asy_dashboard.
Textpattern 4.0.6 is now required, which allowed me to reduce the code size considerably.

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Just as a small sidenotice.
For version 0.3 of the Plugin on Safari 2 and 4.0.5, unlike Lee, I am getting the expected Behavior.
( 419.3 Webkit ). The Plugin works as it is supposed to for me under this setup.
regards, marios

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Does the plugin work with asy_jpcache? I mean will any content that is for admins only show up for everyone?

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
It should work if the plugin triggers before asy_jpcache. I’m not familiar enough with asy_jpcache to be 100% sure.

Re: rvm_maintenance (v0.5)
Hi.
I’m playing with this plug-in and I have two little requests.
1. Any chance to make it MLP compatible to make it easy to translate the error message?
2. A more difficult one: is there any chance to remove/hide/avoid “debugging” messages for visitors (but keep displaying them for developers)? In other words, it’s a common scenario to be “in maintenance” and at the same time in “debugging” mode.
Thanks.!
