Re: 4.0.4 Thumbnail creation broken

Here’s where it gets weirder. I just went back into the admin to verify URL using the Deer Park G4 (Mac OS X) optimized build of Firefox and the thumbnail resizing form elements are visible now. I wonder if there was some strange cache issue after the update to 4.0.4 that caused the form to disappear and when called from a different browser force the form to appear. Both Firefox and Safari are cache intensive browsers but the TXP admin GUI in 4.0.3 always changed to reflect thumbnail sizing changes.
