Oh my! this plugin is nice. Here is an interesting idea for that slightly empty feeling on the default 404 page:
<a href=“http://www.theantic.com/cantfindit.php”>404</a>

May want to check <a href=“http://theantic.com/main/example.png”>This?</a> out:

URL http://theantic.com/haiku/

Tags are set this way:
<code><txp:upm_date_menu id=“archivemenu” />
<txp:upm_date_archive list_id=“archivelist” heading_level=“3” heading_id=“top” include_date=“no” form=“archivelist” /></code>

I’m sorry, that went right over my head, what are you saying?

I see your point – never post after 2 am.

The archive menu is showing two NOV’s at the URL above, the image link is a screen shot.

Does v.0.1.1 fix it?

Re: [plugin] [ORPHAN] upm_date_archive: Date archive listings

No, the problem persists. Would including more than one set of tags to display an archive, in different pages and sections, create a problem? I have two installed, both with if_first_article and if_last-article tags in the list form; that, and multiple years are the only difference between this site and a site where it seems to work fine.

Second set of tags is at http://theantic.com/about/ , at the bottom of the page. This menu seems to have some extra months?

Multiple years isn’t the problem, at least not by itself.

Would including more than one set of tags to display an archive… create a problem?

upm_date_archive doesn’t affect upm_date_menu in the slightest, and multiple uses, even on the same page should not either.

What locale/language and gmt offset are you using? I originally tested the plugin against French and another timezone to check that the translation and date math worked properly (months without posts depend upon basic math and loops), but perhaps I missed something or something new crept in when I wasn’t looking.

English (GB) : GMT +00:00, also noticed that in a series of hits (over 12 seconds or so) from the menu links, section “default” & “article” were duplicating dates.

You have a section named “default”?
