Re: So where are you running 4.0?

Just upgraded to 4.0 at wifetalks.com. No major changes required, just needed to update some of my plugins. I was already using zem_rewrite but the upgrade didn’t affect that. Working just fine. Site is hosted at AddAction.net.

Edit: Having trouble using password-protect via .htaccess in a subdirectory (non-TXP) when TXP is installed in the root directory. With the pp enabled (.htaccess file exists), the main site page loads instead of the requested sub-directory page. If I remove the .htaccess file from the subdirectory, it displays correctly, but there is obviously no password protection.

Still haven’t figured out how to get around this.

Re: So where are you running 4.0?

Works with off-the-shelf .htaccess at LiveHost.net.

Re: So where are you running 4.0?

Running great on hostrocket, though recently had one unresolved bug with audioscrobbler plugin. Might it be host related? Probably not, but don’t know.

Everything allright for me too at Aruba.it. (Which wasn’t the case with earlier releases.) Nice!

Re: So where are you running 4.0?

I run txp 4.0 on hostean.net wich is a traditional hosting environment/layout and on servage.net wich is a cluster solution. Both in safe mode. No problems what so ever :-)

Re: So where are you running 4.0?

For Germany:
all-inkl.com
hosteurope.de

both are highly recommended and do not cause any problems with TXP 4.0

Re: So where are you running 4.0?

Now running 4.0 on the swedish webhotel citynetwork.se
Works fine now but had lots of troubles when I tried to update RC3 > 4.0
Had to do a clean install… really don´t know what went wrong this time, done
a couple of updates before without troubles. Just hope that the current version
will be up to date for a long time…

(Thank god for Sql backups, thought for a while all my articles were gone)

Add insiderhosting and AQHost to the list.
