Re: A Christmas Present For Our Programmers

Hell I don’t want paying. I enjoy it and learn from it too, and I also expect free advice whenever I need to ask for it, but there is one name missing from the list. Dare I mention Dean himself?

Jesus, yes. Until you pointed to it I never realised he wasn’t on the list! He should be.

Re: A Christmas Present For Our Programmers

If it’s cheese there’s no need to raise money, I can buy it straight from the farmers here and send him directly. :D Still, he’s living in France, so I don’t see Dean as a guy in desperate need of cheese. :)

Re: A Christmas Present For Our Programmers

As I recall, Dean loves a cheese called Stinking Bishop , or something similar.

I wouldn’t be so sure of that. French cheeses aren’t to everyones taste. For instance, I might be wrong but I have never come across a French equivalent of a good strong aged cheddar.

Cheddar, unsuprisingly, which is about an hours drive from me. Stinking Bishop is a British Cheese too, and I seem to recall it’s another local cheese. I might be able to get some for Dean ;-)

Re: A Christmas Present For Our Programmers

Either that or Jon Hicks, as he’s another local :-)

(explanation: Jon, I spend my time split between Gloucester in Severn Vale and Lechlade in the Cotswolds)
