How to call the external links directly from the DB

I would like to know if there is any way to call the links (stored in the database by means of the textpattern CMS) by their numbers as well as I can do for each article, using this kind of expression <a rel=“bookmark” href=“www.mywebsite.xxx/?id=123”>Article title</a>.
My aim would be mostly of preventing to fill all the articles with <txp:link id=“n” /> tag, that create many holes in my articles’ text.
Thank you in advance.

Re: How to call the external links directly from the DB

I remember somebody else asking a similar question which was answered here. The problem is that I cannot think of relevant keywords to find it.
