yab_remember_categories - remember selected categories in write tab
If you have a lot of data with often the same category1 and/or category2 maybe this damn simple plugin is helpful.
In contrary to rah_default_category this plugin will not globally save the categories. It will remember the previously selected categories while creating an article with the HTML5 localStorage().

Thanks for sharing that plugin, Tommy!
I just tried it and saw that even in existing, categorised, articles it changes the menu entries, i.e. wisely used this can be very helpful, but also undesirable, if unknowingly applied. I thought that’s worth mentioning.

Thank Uli for pointing it. That’s damn true. I have not thought of that behavior in existing articles.
I will change the plugin behaviour.

I’ve updated the plugin. Now it works (remember and recall of the categories) only by creating and not editing articles.
