Parse error after upgrading from 4.0.5 to 4.5.1 ... site down ... :(

“Parse error: parse error, unexpected ‘=’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/httpd/vhosts/joopvos.nl/httpdocs/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php on line 875”

What does this mean and what to do?

The PHP version on the server > 4.3.11 … where 5.x is required … that could be the problem isn’t it?

That could be the problem, yes. 5.x is required for good reasons :-)
