I am also getting the following error sometimes when moderating comments. It was addressd in the plugin page as well but I wonder if it is a safe solution.

In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. Hi Maniar,

Same problem than Scottcal, it seems to be a settings problem. Try to remove E_STRICT flag from error_reporting parameter.
