It might be in the Presentation->Pages template corresponding to the section in which the warning occurs.
At the risk of pushing my own plugin, you could try installing smd_where_used which pops up under the Extensions tab and allows you to search for references to things in your site. You could then search for article_custom and it’ll show you in which Page/Form those tags are used. Click the items in the resulting list to edit them.
