Use the same database for Textpattern and for example Zenphoto
Should I expect any problems if I use my Textpattern database for for example a Zenphoto installation as well, or do you think that it will work painlessly? I don’t know that much about databases and worry if something like this may break my beloved Textpattern database completely?

I don’t know zenphoto, but when installing TXP you can specify a unique prefix for Textpattern tables to prevent name collisions with tables installed by other software. In most cases that’s not needed, because except for the table called ‘textpattern’, all the other TXP tables start with txp_ anyway.

You can share the DB, but its preferable for it to be separate if you have the option.
