Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

Yey, great! :) When I helped out switching to jQuery the other day, Levi told me they could get their hands on it again in two weeks or so.. so really nice to see a new release as soon as this (well, everything’s relative ;)

Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

well..this thread at some point was bustling with enthusiasm. don’t let this plugin just die out..we’ve seen too much of that around here. help find bugs. request new features. recommend some changes. anything to help out. leave the aforementioned as comments on their page.

Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

Just updated to Alpha 2.
Looking good so far, but I’ve got 2 “store” tabs now.
Is there something I need to remove from the database to remove the duplicate?
I was using 0.0.6.7 before the update. I already checked to see if it was “off”.
It was, and I deleted it from the plugins…but the duplicate tab still shows.

Any help would be appreciated.

Levi, JR,
Keep up the good work! It’s much appreciated.
I’ll report back any other bugs I find this week.

Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

hey renobird, i would suggest leaving your post as a comment on their page (as they stated to do).

quite sure something like the store tab isn’t stored in the database though. i would just completely remove all the textcommerce plugins and then add them back (making sure you add the core library first and activate it before adding the rest)

Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

iblastoff,

Thanks for the heads up…I’ll leave the post on the TC site.
I tried removing everything and reinstalling the plugins, but still the same issue.
I’ll take another look tomorrow when I have a bit more time.

Cheers!

Tom

Re: Thinking about building an e-commerce plugin...

Its been sometime since the announcement of textcommerce. It seems it is still in its alpha phase.

Mind you this is something i look forward to with great enthusiasm but how much money would it take to get this project finished ASAP? I am sure I am not the only one willing to pay for services.

don’t think they keep up with the forum. best to leave your inquiry as a comment on their page.
